Our shipping times vary depending on the destination and the product. Generally, orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and delivery typically takes 4-7 business days within Egypt.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will assist you with returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

We use only high-quality, eco-friendly materials for our candles. This includes soy, palm, and beeswax. We do not use paraffin wax.
